Jon was very quick to line up contractors and for some of the repairs the contractors couldnt get to, with such short notice, Jon personally fixed himself so we could close on time (hes very handy). I will not use any other agent than Jon for buying or selling my home. I highly recommend him!

When we did get the house that we wanted, the deal almost fell through because of some random aspect of the appraisal. Jon, that very night, went over to our house (didnt even ask us to join him) and fixed the issue that the appraiser mentioned by himself! Because of Jons willingness to go over to our house of his own initiative and his creative thinking, our closing didnt have to be delayed and the deal didnt fall through (which was a huge risk)!
