He stayed in constant contact every step of the way, keeping me informed of what needed to be done when, and helping ensure that everything went smoothly as possible. Nothing ever fell through the cracks. He shot detailed walkthrough videos for me (including right before closing) which helped me make my decision and set my mind at ease about the condition of my home, in addition to coordinating inspections, surveys, etc. Thanks to him, my closing was both smooth and on time. If you are looking for a realtor who tramples over your boundaries or spins stories made of unicorn horns and angel dust, then Jon is *not* the realtor for you. On the other hand, if you are looking for someone who is professional, organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and kind, who will walk with you through the entire process, I cannot recommend Jon enough.
