Laura was outstanding through every aspect of the process. I was prepared for the home buying process to be at least somewhat stressful, however it was easier than I expected thanks to her efforts. Everything from her responsiveness, expertise, local contacts, knowledge, and flexibility was outstanding. If I needed something she would just make it happen. If something didn't go as expected she made sure to take care of it. Example: during final walkthrough the garage door spring was having trouble due to the cold and we were signing that day. She took care of everything with the seller to make sure it was fixed before the house transferred ownership on such short notice. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy, especially in the west Cleveland / Lakewood area where she's been a professional for decades.
