We met Jon when we went to look at a house we were interested in and from there he took us and led up through the looking, finding, and buying of our house. We felt like he was really trying to help us find the right fit for us and not just trying to get us to buy. He helped us think through the positives and negatives of each property we were interested in. He answered the MANY questions my wife had. He was personable and available.

Jon is a fantastic realtor and someone I would highly recommend. He is from Chattanooga and was very knowledgeable of the neighborhoods. We had a specific area in mind and he was able to tell us if we were able to afford homes in the neighborhood we wanted. He would look for us homes that were on the market that fit our criteria and send us those listings. Also, if I had a listing that I thought might be a good fit for us, he would give us his honest opinion if he thought we should look at it or not. He was honest, responsive, and extremely helpful with my husband and I's selling of our home and buying our next. His expertise on buying and selling was extremely helpful and made the process for both easier on us. He would keep me in the loop on what he needed from me and what his responsibilites were. He would give timelines as to when certain things would happen/ This made the process a lot less stressful. If I texted or emailed him, he would respond back within 24 hours and most of the time within just a few hours. He is very easy to work and had our best interest at heart. He always made sure we were getting the best deal possible with both buying and selling. He truly made sure my husband and I were taken care of.
