ZillowVERIFIEDLauren was the Realtor for a home we first saw online so we contacted her for a showing. She responded quickly about an appointment and was able to answer all our questions about the property. We requested a day to consider our options and put in an offer the next day which was accepted within a few days. We contacted several lending institutions to secure a mortgage including one of Lauren's referrals. Eventually we decided to do business with her referral and within a week we were finalizing our mortgage. Lauren continued to stay in touch throughout the process and answered our many questions since this was our first home purchase in Washington. The loan was approved in a timely manner and we set a time with Lauren to get keys to our new home. She showed up at the house with a welcoming bouquet of flowers and did a final walk-through to answer any final questions. We have now been in our new home 3 weeks and are more pleased with our decision every day. We have only contacted Lauren once with some operational questions which she was able to answer immediately. Many thanks to Lauren for her assistance though the entire process. We will definitely refer her to anyone we know that is looking for a home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIEDWhere do I start with Ashleigh, she was AMAZING from day one! We first meet Ashleigh looking for land with multiple homes for family. When we found one she was excellent helping us understand everything and meet us there for the inspection. That property however didn't work out due to issues with the inspection which Ashleigh made sure we did not get stuck with. Fast forward almost to years later and we reached back out to her and she was ready as ever to help us start looking again. We had a home in mind and she jumped right on top of helping us secure our new home. I would like to add that at one point we though we might not get it but thanks to Ashleigh being a GREAT negotiator we secured a great deal and got our new home. As far as making sure we understood everything being it was the first time we bought a home she was absolutely amazing! She was always available for any questions or concerns we had along the way.
