Jon was a pleasure to work with. My property was on the market 5 days and we already had 2 offers. The Property was put on the market and sold, paperwork signed and all done in a month which is great as well as unheard of. It was such a short period of time that there wasnt a whole lot of conversation between he and I during the process but there didnt really need to be unless one if us had a question or concern so i was fine with that. All and all a smooth and easy process even when there were a couple of speed pumps along that short road to the finish line.

Jennifer did a great job of showing my parents homes and discussing the pros and cons of each property to make sure they found the right place to live. Jennifer also did a great job of helping us negotiate the best possible deal on the property that we decided on. Jennifer was knowledgeable about contracts and what was needed in order to finalize the deal. Jennifer also went above and beyond while the property was under contract. She went to the property numerous times for us to take measurements and meet-contractors so we could get bids on painting and flooring. Jennifer is a great communicator too. She was always easy to get in contact with either by phone, text, or email. If she did not know the answer to a question she would always get us a response as quick as possible. During this whole process I feel like I had the perfect realtor.
