I would highly recommend Jon Carlo. First he helped my wife and I secure an apartment to rent in Cranford, New Jersey, on very short notice, and that worked out great. Then Jon Carlo worked with my family and I for about 6 months to find the right home to buy in the area. My husband and I recently purchased our first home in Fanwood with Steve as our realtor, after he was recommended to us by a family friend. From the very first introductory call that we had with Steve, we could tell that he was honest, willing to answer questions, and would be easy to work with. We toured a few houses with Steve, and we really appreciated how knowledgable and frank he was about possible issues.
