Jon was not helpful in the home buying process. He was kind and warm upfront, but once our offer was accepted he was unresponsive via phone and email, changed terms such as inclusion of certain appliances and repairs on the home and showed himself to be an untrustworthy person. You want a realtor you can trust, Jon is not one.
