My husband and I were living in Canada and I was looking for a realtor who could help us with local knowledge and was up for the task of helping us buy a home from a far distance. We contacted Good Company and were paired with Jolene Jacobs, who after an intake interview paired us with Jeremy. A Jeremy was a fantastic match! My husband and I were originally seeking a home in Detroit. Jeremy helped us locate homes in Detroit, but also encouraged us to keep an open mind to some other local areas. Jeremy toured houses for us via Facetime as well as taking many, many detailed photos and videos. As we began seeing houses, we realized that maybe Detroit might not work out for us at this time. I was so thankful that Jeremy had been providing us with listings in other locations because upon his encouragement, we found the perfect house for us and it was outside of Detroit. I was quite stubborn and wasnt even looking outside of Detroit! A We have now landed in Royal Oak and I am thrilled! This is the most ideal location for us, being so close to my family members. I really appreciated the fact that Jeremy supported our vision, but also helped us out a lot by encouraging us to view in other locations. I had a lot of tunnel vision, and Jeremy helped me find the right place for us despite that.A Jeremy is honest, thoughtful, smart, handy, hardworking and a really great person. I'm so thankful to have been paired with Jeremy and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an honest realtor. Having worked with other realtors in past home purchases, it was a really welcome experience to know that he genuinely had our best interest in mind. He went above and beyond and helped us out with so many appointments and viewings, even having to come back early from out of town just to be there for a home inspection because I was insistent on one particular inspector who could only do it on a particular day. A A Jeremy even helped me with a few outstanding home fixes after we closed! I could not believe it! I'm here by myself (my husband is going through the immigration process) and he helped me out so much with filling in some exterior holes and some issues with trees rubbing against the house that I couldnt do myself. He offered this help himself, I hadnt even asked! Honestly I am blown away by the genuine care Jeremy has for his clients. I was quite needy and must have texted him a million times, but he always had time for me. A This review got much longer than I planned, but he deserves a good review! I highly recommend Jeremy and will certainly be recommending him to my friends and family. If youre looking for an honest, kind, flexible and hardworking realtor, Jeremy is a great match!
