My wife and I were blessed to have Johnny by our side. We began the process of buying a home from our VA lender around mid Spring. Having not made a property purchase in over 25 years, things had changed and we were very unsure of the process. Johnny aptly navigated us through the maze that home lending has become. Somewhere in the middle of the 2020 pandemic and all the chaos around us, my family shifted ideas on what we were looking for in a home. Johnny rolled with it. We found us a home in early November and we made a bid, along with other parties. Johnny visualized what it would take for us to win this bid. Due to his great communication, hard work, and knowledge, we won the house of our dreams! By the time we closed the loan, we were in a completely different house than what we originally thought we wanted, but very much happier for it. Johnny never flinched as our agent and when it comes to paperwork, he is a go getter from the start. He was recommended to us through Veterans United and we are very thankful for that. He stands with confidence and assisted in making the whole process more fluid and less stressful. He has great communication skills. Johnny is very dependable and responded to all the questions and worries my wife and I had. We could not recommend him more. If you need an agent, he will not let you down.

I hardly ever write reviews, but thought I needed to regarding Johnny. What can I say about this guy. From the beginning, I knew I was in very capable hands. Johnny listened to us and provided everything we needed with honesty and integrity. Set my listing to sell, and boy did it. Within 3 hours we had a viable offer and I could not be happier. My husband and I relocated out of Nashville and were in the process of buying a new house, which as you know causes a lot of stress. Johnny took care of everything on the selling side so that I could concentrate my efforts on the buying side. I cannot say enough about this man.
