Meet and have a buyer consultation! Understanding buyer agency, pre-approval, and all the steps that are involved in the buyer process is very important to getting you off to a great start. Also, you want to make sure your realtor is a good match for you since you will be working together .

Interview more than one realtor and check reviews of that realtor to start. You want to open communication, compare what each realtor will be doing to get your home sold , & how much experience the realtor has is often quite important. You will want to understand that whole process from start to finish before the listing agreement is signed.

Every transaction is different. Most recently working with a builder, I had the opportunity taking over a new construction home that was listed with 2 different realtors and still was not sold. When listing, I had to really had to figure out what was needed to be done to get the home sold. Every home is not the same, so you have to take the time to figure out what type of marketing, staging, photos, ads, and networking are going to work and then put into action. I was able to get the home sold. I find most buyers who need to sell first and purchase at the same time can be overwhelming to them. It's not a simple process , but if you have a trained agent you will find you will worry a lot less and will be guided so that you can work together and make it happen. Buying a home can and most often is one of the largest investments you will make in your lifetime, so I love making the process simple and special all at the same time.

Each of my parents had their own businesses. I learned at an early age how to treat customers so they return and how much work goes into having a successful business. I went to college for Marketing and during a business communication course I interviewed a successful commercial real estate agent who in the end is now part of my family. It did not take me long to figure out that this was the path into real estate I wanted to take. I was very self motivated and I jumped in and happy to say that I have never looked back. My day is never the same, I meet and help people find a place they can call home. I am grateful for all of my past clients and always look forward to working with new people.

I did go to college for marketing . I love staging homes so your place will look extra special when listed . I think the closing over 1200 transactions in my past 27 years does show has been a lot training in itself. I hope to help with your next purchase or sale of your home.
