This review is for the Stern Team. We sold our house in Holladay July 2023. We dealt with Ken Montague mainly, but they are a team and there were so many others behind the scenes that were making the sale of our house happen. The pictures were beautiful. The staging was really good - and the house needed it. The process was seamless. They did a good job of maximizing the value of the house. We got over the asking price because Ken did a good job of working the deals. That was what we needed. Another thing is there was not one hiccup ANYWHERE in the process. How does it get better than that? By the way, we were an out of town seller too. It was an excellent process. We HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you Stern Team!!
