This was our 3rd home purchase over the last 25 years. We've always purchased a new house and dealt with the builders sells agent and our buyers agent, honestly, served what seemed to be a minor role in those previous purchases.We were all over the board in our search for this house. We looked at old houses with big lots, some new construction, and some 70-yr-old homes that need a complete renovation. John was patient and supportive in our search.We landed on picking a lot and model for construction in a new neighborhood. When several issues came up during the building process, John helped us through the termination of the contract and start our search over again.... It was no small feat. John's knowledge of the area and of construction practices, helped us to avoid some serious headaches.John patiently started again the search process with us. When we were ready to put an offer on the house we purchased, he masterfully negotiated some upgrades to the home that sealed the deal.After this process, I have a new and profound appreciation of the role of a buyers agent, and can honestly say John is the person you need at your side when making such a big purchase.
