John is awesome! He sold our house in December for the asking price. His negotiation skills are excellent. John responds quickly and professionally. We had some electrical and plumbing issues that needed addressed during the closing process and he recommended contractors who completed the job fast with very fair prices. We trust John with his local knowledge in the market and area. From our first meeting with him he was honest about commission and closing fees. No surprises at closing.
