ZillowVERIFIEDI decided to use John to help me find a home in SW Michigan after a lot of frustration with a previous Realtor. I was looking to relocate from Kentucky so I had to have a Realtor that was knowledgeable with what I wanted and someone who would listen to me. John went above and beyond my expectations. When I wasn't able to be in the area to see a home in person, John did a video walk through of the property and would point out all the pluses and minuses of the home. When I finally found a home an offer had already been made but not accepted by the sellers. With John's outstanding negotiation skills and professionalism, my offer was accepted. John's help didn't stop there. He offered advise and contacts for a mortgage lender, an outstanding home inspector, service contractors, etc. John developes a relationship with his clients and cares about them. I would not want to work with anyone else when either looking to purchase a home or when looking to sell a home.
