We had lost our first offer and John not only brought them back but was able to get them much higher than their original offer. As far as we are concerned John is the best realtor we ever dealt with. Trust me I'm not just saying this. We have bought four houses to date and sold three and all I can say is I wish I worked with him on all the other deals. I highly recommend John to everyone who tells me they are buying or selling a home.
