First of all, John is an amazing person and fun to work with. He is responsible, courteous and totally understands the market. Every piece of advice he gave us was spot on. He has a great sense of humor which is a real blessing during stressful times, which selling a house definitely is. He went above and beyond many times. For example, he brought his entire team to our house, to move furniture prior to the open house. He put us in contact with a painter who charged a reasonable amount for painting the entire house. He also arranged for a stager who provided some helpful thoughts be for the open house. John was always there with us every step of the way, especially when some issues arose with the buyer.
