Stephanie was introduced to us through a mutual friend. She was always very responsive, available, and patient in explaining steps to us, as first time buyers. Most admirable characteristic of Brian was that he never put pressure to rush or compromise on our expectation. It was a crazy seller market when we started looking for houses. Got rejected multiple times, got frustrated and gave up for few months but finally got our desired one somewhere around our budget. Buying a home while living on another continent can seem like a daunting task. While planning our relocation from Europe, and without any experience in the Portland area, we were fortunate to have found Brian to help us through the process. Casey is THE most stringent, detail-oriented real estate agent I have ever come across. He will CHAMPION you, the buyer, to ensure you don't make a $$$ mistake! When we send him a list of 3-5 houses for his opinion / to look at, he returns 1-3 sentences of information about each of the listings -- what to watch out for, what are secret gems -- so you are LEARNING what to look for and refining your own house-finding skills throughout the process. He is tactful, frank when you need him to be, and personable, responsive, and excellent in all ways! He goes above and beyond -- as does the Apex team he works with. The Apex team has actually stepped in to assist while he has gone on vacation. What a marvel, all of them!!!====Finished buying a home with Casey's help! He was phenomenal the entire time! John was incredible with selling my rental property. I live on the East Coast and could not be there in person throughout any of the process -- John took care of everything for me from step 1 all the way through the end. My property manager was extremely difficult to work with after I decided to sell the property and began ghosting me. He also refused to perform a thorough walkthrough of the house once the tenant left. As such, John took it upon himself to connect with my property manager, going above and beyond, even driving out of the way to property manager's office to obtain the house keys on my behalf. John also conducted a thorough walkthrough of the house and for any minor fixes, he fixed it for me. There was even a clogged toilet and sink so John drove to Home Depot and fixed them. For any other repairs that John observed, John performed his due diligence to obtain the best pricing and quality service (e.g., replaced carpet, painted a few damaged walls, etc.). When all was said and done, John was able to sell the house for a substantial amount more than what I was initially expecting. I highly recommend John and would not go with anyone else if I am in the Portland metropolitan area. He has amazing professionalism, character, and professionalism. It would be a disservice not going with John.Side note: To further attest as to how amazing John is, my wife and I recently moved to the East Coast and was looking to buy. I was already using John to sell my Portland rental home so I asked if he could assist with my home purchase on the East Coast since my wife and I did not know anyone. John performed a due diligence and interviewed multiple real estate agents in Connecticut and found us the best agent possible in my area. John did not have to do this, but he took time out of his busy schedule (despite not being compensated) to help us purchase a home all the way on the other side of the country.
