We listed our property with John and had excellent service and results. He represented our property as we asked, we did not want a sign out front advertising the sale. We wanted only serious inquiries and John respected that. He did everything to advertise and show our property without the instant signage. He kept us informed as to when anyone wanted to see the property and what the result of that showing was. He took care of all the paperwork from beginning to end and then some. If anything came up after the sale all we had to do was call John and it was taken care of.
