Caleb did an exceptional job! He got a showing for me right away, and was honest with how he felt about the house. He put in an offer for me, and even with other offers on the table- he made it happen! He is very easy to talk to, and kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on during the loan process. He also kept me informed on the septic tank installation that the previous buyers were putting in, as included in the sale price. I would highly recommend Caleb, whether you are buying or selling. Peyton did a very good job at showing us many houses in our short time we needed to close and helped me and my family find the perfect first home for us in a great area at an awsome price, she was very friendly and made sure we got to see the homes we needed to at the cost of her time due to our schedules, she went above and beyond for us, would go through her again to buy another home or property.
