My mindset is very clear with the business of real estate. My main focus is on my clients' wants and needs, assisting them with figuring out the best choice for them and their families, and then executing a concise plan to arrive at the desired results. This is also known as The Backward Planning Sequence: Figuring out the desired result and then planning back from that point to the beginning of the process.

Sometimes the desired results are achieved quickly and other times, it may take many months, if not several years. With low inventory, rising interest rates, and fewer options than ever, it's important that you as a consumer choose the correct professional to assist you.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Speak to a licensed realtor as well as a mortgage professional. Do your research on purchase requirements and speak to realtors, at least 3, to find out what their fees are, what their processes are, and the best approach moving forward.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Research the market online, but most importantly, speak to a realtor to assess the condition of your home. It is imperative that painting, replacing flooring, and cleaning the exterior of your home be done before listing your home for sale in order to generate the best return!

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I work with both buyers and sellers, as well as investors. I have a rather unique Selling and Buying Program. Please call me so that we can get to know each other and to discuss the best course of action moving forward.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I represented both the seller and the buyer. The seller was forced to do a Short Sale, and the buyers, who have been my clients since 2016, wanted to live in the Camp Hill Borough. This was a unique situation, when all parties came together and a Short Sale was completed in less than 90 days. The average is 180 days, or more. I enjoy working with both sellers and buyers, and this transaction was memorable because I was able to help both of my clients at the same time!

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I began investing in real estate in 1995, but after leaving Corporate America, felt it would be a beneficial change for myself, but more importantly my family. I am 100% a people person, I keep a light hearted attitude, and I make the process fun for all of my clients.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I am a retired Army Officer, as well as a College Graduate with 3 separate degrees. However, I am also a Military Relocation Specialist and truly enjoy helping my brethren buy and sell homes in Central PA.
