ZillowVERIFIED5 stars all the way in all fronts! If I can give 10 stars I would. And I must say that John and his team hit it out the park for me. I've bought and solve properties for over 20 years with all the moving and relocating that I do. I have worked with at least half a dozen realtors over the years and by far John and his team are the best ?? ??. I wanted to sell all three properties that I had in exchange for my forever home. The market was very competitive and with 21 bidders I got my forever home with great advise from this team. No other realtor could have done that for me. I was super impressed right out the gate. Ryan and Holly are awesome too. Ryan handled the on site ...what I call ...tactical stuff...Holly dealt with customer service by making sure my needs were met. And John ran the operation with such expertise that allowed me to land the contract and close on a property I really wanted that met all of my family needs. On top of it all, they advised me every step of the way from many different angles on the sale of my 2 properties and renting out the third at the best price to bring me an extra income. I needed this team and needed this level of experience and expertise to execute all these negotiations with timing and precision. On top of that, he gifted me cookies, fancy champagne and a super nice knife. I am expecting another Rum knife though....wondering if I'll get another one to add to my knife collection...just saying.
