What a team! They followed through with the persistent effort needed to get work done to the home by the seller in order to complete this deal. After getting this work done we were able to close in just one month after making our offer. John made the process easy for us by taking the reins and working closely with the seller. We were still in NY and John contacted us daily with progress updates. He listened and responded to our requests and concerns with much patience and expertise. We definitely recommend this team.
