Riley was always responsive to any contact or questions, kept me informed in a timely manner as things progressed, and was transparent. I would certainly use him again!Even after the close of the home, he's kept in contact, ensuring my transition is smooth in all regards. He was very reasonable with extra costs, never assuming that I would pay for everything - He represented me as well as I could have asked for, truly my agent!When some issues came up with the appraisal, he was instrumental in getting past all hurdles, minimizing costs and time required by me. Again, Riley was the best agent I could have asked for, and I would use him again.
