It had been more than 25 years since I purchased my first home and so much has changed. John Rea was by my side every step of the way with the purchase of my second home. John is patient and very supportive. He is truly an expert in the field of Real Estate. He represented me in every way, from our first Zoom meeting, to communications with the loan officer and her team, the builders, inspectors, whether it was to clarify any confusion, asking questions on my behalf, walk-throughs, all the way to closing day. John even kept me informed of upcoming community events in the areas I was considering purchasing a home. He reminds you of what you have to take care of and he handles the rest. 3.
