John Ravenscraft founded his own real estate company, Ravenscraft Realty in 2015. Today he leads a team of 13 real estate professionals with offices in Hannibal, Palmyra and at Mark Twain Lake. John earned his real estate license in 2003. He joined United Country as a franchise owner in 2008. His consistently high performance earned him the United Country Diamond Award for six consecutive years. John represents the Mark Twain Association of Realtors on the state board. He's also past president of the Mark Twain Association of Realtors. He's a member of the National and Missouri Associations of Realtors. He's a People's Choice Award winner for favorite real estate agent. John is very active in the community. He recently served as president of the Hannibal Area Chamber of Commerce. As a former board member of the Hannibal Nutrition Center John led the 1.2 million dollar capital campaign for a new senior center. John is a former member of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

Really cares about the clients she represents. Does a good job! Answered or returned calls in a timely manner. Was able to answer all my questions. Her and her company helped with the transition from one house to the other. Let me use there companies trailer for free for about a week because there was a time gap between transfer of possession from one house to the next. Communicated with financial institutions and title companies.
