I would absolutely use John Quinn and his team again. John is always available and always professional. John worked really hard on selling my home. He came to Saturday and Sunday showings, for example. His team is very nimble and responsive, he has a team set up that immediately addresses any concerns or questions. Any texts are immediately responded to by his team and any contractual documents are immediately updated and forwarded to the client's email. When my house had a list of repairs asked for by the potential buyer that was over a dozen items long, John knew a handyman who could do all the repairs quickly and at a reasonable price, which greatly expedited the resolution of the buyer concerns and the eventual sale. Another great thing about John is he saw the potential of the house rather than dismissing any flaws that may hinder selling it. When there was a botched interior paint job for example, he didn't reject the viability of selling the house but still saw the potential for the sale. He will try to make sure his clients feel hopeful about the future. John also tried to make sure to get the optimal amount of money for me, the client, and aggressively worked for my interests. John works hard, is quick, is transparent in all interactions, is firm in making sure his client gets a good deal, and is highly regarded as a scrupulous and ethical agent. The proof is in the pudding, in that the proof is he got my house sold, even during an environment of high fed reserve interests rates. I would give him 5 out of 5 stars in all rating categories and would recommend him to friends and family selling homes.
