John and his team are very professional. They understand the market, give good advice and are responsive.

John is personable, smart, and really knows his business. Hell be negotiating behind the scene, and doing a good job of it. He has a very professional way when he deals with people. His team is wonderful, and makes sure your deal is going along smoothly. This is not a critique, but a suggestion. John is so engrossed in making the deal, that he forgets that he has clients sitting on edge waiting to just hear from him. A little more communication would certainly help the seller. However, Id use John and his team again in a heartbeat.
