We lucked up and got John as our realtor by chance. It was the best by chance I think I have ever encountered. He is kind, considerate and easy to like as a person and professional and diligent as a realtor. Our property was difficult to market because of where it was, how we were wanting to sell it and the different types of interest that it created. John helped move my husband and me across 2 states over the course of a couple months as our buyer's agent. It was our first move in over 25 years. We contacted him with only a few day's notice and he went above and beyond to ensure we could find a house. John surprised us with how quickly he responded, the amount of time he spent, and the many miles he drove to show multiple houses within just one week. After many house showings across a good portion of East Tennessee, we found the one. Beyond the initial house search, John continued to be exceptional even while on vacation out of country.
