John Newton is seriously the best. We got orders to Lejeune on Dec 12 and we closed on the house on Jan 8! He worked like a maniac to get us our dream home. He is a retired from the Air Force and a VA loan expert. We had other realtors tell us that we most likely weren't going to get a house under that short of a notice but John made it happen. If there was a listing that went up at 6am, we got a text telling us to go check his email with the details and tell him yes or no to go view it that same morning. The house we bought was on the market for less than a day and we put in an offer the next day.
