He has real depth across Pittsburgh neighborhoods (being from Pittsburgh helps) and had smart observations about the properties we saw. He frequently pointed out things my wife & I missed and which proved valuable. He?s also well-connected to adjacent service providers and so was able to suggest effective colleagues when I needed it (e.g., Radon mitigation). *Communication: Corey is thoughtful in communication. He explains things very clearly in writing and verbally; he was thoughtful about sending email notes about things I should be aware of including reminders. He thinks and communicates in a linear way so it?s very easy to understand what he?s saying and the implications of it. Additionally, at one point he had to leave town for a few days and communicated the exact period well in advance and ensured someone else from his team would help me during that time, which I very much appreciated. *Passion: He loves what he does and it shows with the energy he brings.
