Wow. Where to start. We lived in West Hollywood, CA and bought a property in Youngstown, NY: 2600 miles away. John was amazing at understanding our needs and helping us meet them. One of his many strengths was his ability to help us solve problems and allay each and every one of our concerns. We were worried about being retirees and having 3 mortgages with this purchase and hooked us up with a mortgage broker (Premium Mortgage) who had our problem solved, and mortgage loan approved in 2 days. Because we were on the other side of the country, he helped by doing video walkthroughs for us that were so complete we felt like we were there and had seen each property. When we finally did our own actual walkthroughs, there were no surprises because John had already pointed out actual and potential problem area that we felt like we had seen this all before. My husband and I bought this as a gay couple and John made us feel very comfortable and relaxed and we never felt any bit of discrimination towards us at all, and he was a professional in every way. Every actual and potential problem that arose, John was already on top of it and had solution options for us. He made this entire cross-country move/purchase so smooth and easy we were always in awe. He answered and returned all phone calls/texts/emails in an extremely timely manner, especially since we were in a 3-hour time zone difference, and it was evident he put our needs well above his. He clearly exceeded all our expectations and went above and beyond his call of duty. Even after closing, he had a dearth of referral options for us such as contractors, housing security options, utility companies and even local restaurants! He helped us negotiate purchase terms in a professional manner: He listened to our needs, shared his thoughts, observations, experiences but bottom line made it known in no uncertain terms it was always our decision. We never felt pressured in any way. He always was extremely personable, calm and relaxed. He never showed any signs of being stressed or that there was never a problem he could not solve. It was such a joy and pleasure working with him, that we would highly recommend him.

John was the best realtor I have dealt with by far! He listens to his clients needs and his overall experience will help you find the perfect house for you and your family in addition to close the best deal possible for the sale of your current home. I recently had to sale my house and purchase a new one. This was a 4 houses deal between all the sellers and buyers involved, John's expertise and work ethic made it look like a simple task by organizing all attorney and realtors involved along with closing dates. We worked with John to both buy our new home, and sell our old one. To finalize an estate, we had a really tight deadline to close (45 days) and needed both deals to close on the same day. As if that wasnt complicated enough to pull off, John also took care of everything because the seller didnt have an agent. We truly had the best experience and we are so thankful for everything he did for us!! From the very beginning, John was kind, understanding, patient, and always ready to help. He answered all our questions, and made sure we understood every step of the process. His whole team was extremely responsive from the lender to the attorney, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. John really listened to what we wanted in our new home and worked hard to help us. When it came time to sell our old house, he gave us great advice on how to get it ready, and thanks to him, it sold quickly and for a great price. My wife and I cannot say enough about working with John. He was transparent and knowledgeable throughout the entire home buying process. Each home we viewed he did his due diligence on beforehand to ensure we knew exactly what we were getting into and there weren't any surprises. In today's market, he was always finding creative ways to submit the most competitive offer which led to us purchasing our first home! We wouldn't recommend anyone else if you're looking to purchase a home!
