Listen: It took us longer to write this review than it took for John to find us a house. A friend referred him to us and we initially reached out just to have a conversation about what setting a budget meant for buying a house in today's market. He was informative and made the process extremely easy for us. He comes with a built-in team and they were great with communication, kind, and efficient. From start to finish, we found our house in less than 4 months! We highly recommend John for buying/selling any household -- he certainly saved us from falling into a money pit (or a well, in our case).

John review This was my second time working with John. I bought my first house with him 3 years ago and his business has exponentially improved since then. He was great the first time, but you can tell how much effort he has put in over the last few years to become even better. We were very lucky in this market to have our first offer accepted, and then we had the joy of quickly getting our house on the market. John took the time to give us detailed advice on how to make our house look the best for showing. He also has a great system to advertise across all platforms. He was careful not to over promise, but we ended up getting exactly what we wanted out of the sale of our house. He also negotiated with the seller of our new home to get us money back for a basement crack that wasnt seen until the final walk through. Overall we couldnt be happier with the level of service we received and the attention to detail that John provides. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
