John was our real estate agent in the sale of an office building and land. From day one, he did everything possible to make sure things were done in the right order and that all documents were filled out correctly. John assisted us in preparing the property for sale and guided us through every step of negotiations with potential buyers. He also personally managed the online sale of our office furniture. John drove out-of-town to represent us at the closing location, which was a significant distance from our office. There are not enough stars in this rating to truly reflect the effort made by John for us. I highly recommend John as a business real estate agent.

I cannot recommend John highly enough. We were first time homebuyers and he was happy to teach us about the whole process.
