We contacted John Jay ten days before coming to Palm Desert from Canada. We are serious home buyers and asked him to set up 3 homes to see. We told him that we were working so only had a couple of days to see homes. He said he would have appointments lined up for us on a Monday. Two days before, we could not get hold of him as he did not return our emails or texts. We had not been sent an itinerary either. He finally texted us Sunday night. Both his texts were extremely garbled and made no sense. My husband called him to get clarification on the messages and he was hardly able to communicate. He had not set up any appointments for us. He continued to promise to set up appointments for the next day (Yea right!). Needless to say, stay as far away from this agent as possible. Such a disappointment for us. We came to look at homes and now we have to find a new agent ASAP. So completely unprofessional. Can hardly believe it!
