ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience with John was problematic from the start. He scheduled tours of the same property with buyers at the same time, had to be asked and reminded to provide pictures of the property multiple times for my partner who couldnt attend the tour, and the situation continued to get worse as time went on. He misled us on the square footage of the house including the basement, and when confronted with the floor plan of the home continued to deny it. He claimed that he would make repairs to the home including patching dry wall, and removing trash from the property before move in and failed to do so. The one patch he did attempt fell out and set up on hard wood floors, ruining them. The basement windows repaired, have basically been sealed shut creating a safety hazard. The previous homeowner also floored over a floor drain in the basement, which overflowed with septic water within a week of moving in, ruining the basement floors. On top of this, he assured me that a home warranty would be included with the property and has failed to produce any documentation proving this. I have made repeated attempts to contact him on these issues, and in the rare instance he answers his phone he either becomes hostile and argues with me, misrepresents the facts, or makes vague promises that remain unfulfilled. Find another realtor.
