John helped us buy initially and then later sell the same home. He went above and beyond when purchasing as were out of the area and needed to have a video walk through. He was also very helpful with comps when negotiating and sharing area trends. When selling he took care of the professional photos for the home and provided guidance on making the home look best for showings. We ran into some smaller issues when selling and John was super helpful navigating and negotiating through those to get the home sold.
