John was recommended to my husband and I by a close friend at Keller Williams Realty to find our first home in Round Rock, TX. Throughout the process, John was friendly, responsive and easy to talk to about our specific needs and wants for our first home. Being new to the home buying process, we had a lot of questions and John answered them all quickly or could ask the appropriate resource for us (i.e. mortgage officer or lender). He was eager to show us homes and we ended up spending about 12 hours together looking at homes. When we found the house we wanted, we had to negotiate with the seller over the course of a couple days, but eventually had our offer accepted. John was very helpful in coaching us with how much to counter with in order to secure the home. He was right on and we barely went over the asking price. It was a great experience from start to finish!

John was awesome! He always had answers for our many questions and was available to chat about the process every step of the way. John was very attentive to our wants/needs that we were looking for in our new home and he nailed the house right off the bat. He didn't try to sell us on more than what we were looking for. John went over in great detail exactly what we wanted in our home and stuck exclusively to those options, which allowed for a quick and hassle free process. John is extremely knowledgeable about the central Texas area, the school districts and the different neighborhoods and was able to find us a home that matched everything we wanted, in a desirable area, and kept us within budget!! Thanks to Johns expertise and no hassle way of doing business we now have our dream home!!
