Jen was a blessing in selling our home in Chula Vista, Eastlake area. Jen met everything we were looking for in a realtor, knowledgeable of the area, professional, polite and courtesy. I cant recommend Brad enough if youre looking to sell your home. I was worried about the logistics of the sale, but Brad handled every single detail before I even had to ask. He is a master of communication, I never felt left in the dark, and he was always available to talk through the next steps. Deborah was the seller's agent on the house we were looking to buy. She was terrible at communicating with our agent. She falsely promised (lied) to sell us the house if we matched the other offer. A few hours later she said the other buyer went up and wanted us to increase our offer again saying the house would be ours. We did and we still didn't get the house. She was immoral and lied to us to drive the price of the house up. She was terrible at communicating with our agent. Watch out for her.

Had a wonderful experience working with Carlos Figueiredo to purchase our Carlsbad home. Carlos was very knowledgeable and always willing to support. My favorite thing is that we'd express interest in a house and within minutes he'd be ready to get us in, same day. He guided us through the bidding, inspection, escrow, etc. All complicated processes but we were always in awesome hands with Carlos. Definitely recommend him as an agent!
