When my parents passed away, I was faced with the task of cleaning out their home in Lemon Grove and getting it sold. I immediately contacted Jen Rierson since she had helped my wifes family go through the same process. Working with Jen was a great experience. Her guidance on what things we needed to do (and not do) was on target and very helpful. She recommended an excellent painter to come in and remove the popcorn ceiling and spruce the place up. The marketing materials she pulled together were first rate. The house was beautifully staged and looked great. She was always there to answer my questions as we went through all the paperwork. In the end we ended up with multiple offers over our asking price. Our family is very thankful for everything Jen did for us and we recommend her highly to anyone looking for a top real estate agent.
