John is an experienced and knowledgeable broker. He came to our appointment with a listing price, an indication of how he might be able to increase it, and comments about timing of a slow down in the market. He asked a lot of questions about my needs and goals and then responded specifically how he could help me meet my needs. John sold the house getting me the extended closing I needed as well as my listed price and preferred terms. I want to compliment his business partner Laura Harris and his photographer who proved to be the best in their jobs. Laura was very creative in using many of my furnishings and her talent to make the house look great. The online photographs and video were phenominal. I have been impressed with the professionalism mixed with humor and friendliness of John and his team.

In November 2021 we started looking at properties in Manson, WA on Zillow and we were so fortunate that we ended up with John when we expressed interest in the property that we ended up buying. John was very professional and we were both immediately comfortable with him. He arranged for us to look at the property on three separate occasions, put us in touch with the HOA board, kept in touch with us to ensure sure that everything we needed to do on our end was lined up to stay on our time line. Most of all he collaborated with our listing agent on the West side and made sure that we were covered on the selling end as well. The fact that he cared we were covered on the other end meant a lot to us. We highly recommended John for any real estate needs and have to a couple in our new neighborhood, he has listed their property.
