About John Fitzsimons

Since 2013, I have had the opportunity to work on hundreds of transactions in all areas of the Greater Portland market. Understanding the market trends, knowing the inventory, and having strong working relationships with other top agents locally helps me to set my clients up for success whether they are buying or selling. Not all sales are created equal. From single family homes to condos, from multi-family buildings to land, each sale offers a unique set of challenges to work through. My depth of experience and ability to see the bigger picture allows me to provide my clients with peace of mind throughout the process. Over the years I have built great relationships with contractors, tradespeople, and other professionals that help set my clients and I up for success. Buying or selling a home is a huge deal and my mission is to partner with everyone, offering them value and a commitment to the highest level of service. Originally from New York, I have been living in Portland since 2010 and I can't say enough about it! Portland is a fantastic community that offers something for everyone: great restaurants, art, music, and access to an active outdoor lifestyle. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family, running, surfing, skiing, and exploring the Portland food scene. I am fortunate to share every day with my extremely supportive wife Lindsey and our son James.
