I have lived in Nevada for 25 years and love this town. I moved here from New York to attend UNLV and be close to family. I am married and we have a beautiful daughter whom is our world. I have been in the management and customer service business for over 20 years and love every minute of it. I have a huge passion for people and building relationships. It is important to me to give everything I have to each person I work with. Not just during the transaction period, but there after as well. Fun, loyalty and respect is a way of life for me. My situation is a little bit differnt. I live in the midwest but own a condo in Las Vegas. My Vegas Condo had a fire in October of 2022. I decided to sell it after the rebuild. When i interviewed potential realtors, John offered (without my asking) to be my eyes onthe ground for the final part of the rebuild. He would report back to e weekly abut the progress. He did not have to do any of that. When rebuild was complete, he suggested we increase the price by $15k. We did and had three offers in the first 48 hours and we have just closed the deal! John did a fantastic job for me.
