My situation is a little bit differnt. I live in the midwest but own a condo in Las Vegas. My Vegas Condo had a fire in October of 2022. I decided to sell it after the rebuild. When i interviewed potential realtors, John offered (without my asking) to be my eyes onthe ground for the final part of the rebuild. He would report back to e weekly abut the progress.
