Everytime he/we found something worth checking out, we'd go together and he would explain a lot about the area, the building type, original parts and updated parts, the neighborhood, the pros and cons of certain properties, etc. You could tell he knows his area well and has a lot of experience with real estate. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. And in the end he would pick up the phone, text, or email back and forth with us any time we were stressed or had questions about the process (first time buyers). He also helped us figure out the best way to secure a lower interest rate, as they were skyrocketing in March and April. We gave him some solid ideas of what we were looking for in a long term home, and he nailed it with a majority of the homes we toured. We ended up finding the perfect house for us, that checked 95% of what we were looking for.
