ZillowVERIFIEDI was wanting to sell my house and purchase a condo. I had been watching the listings for about a year, so I knew what I wanted. When I saw the condo in the area that I was seeking, I contacted John right away. He was very responsive, and he met me at the condo on the same day that I had texted him. He did his research on the prices of both my house and the condo so that we would know the market values of both. He was very thorough with the information that he provided to me. He worked with other agents to get my house out there for buyers to see, and my house sold in 2 days!!! At the same time, he also worked with the seller's agent on the condo that I wanted, and the previous owner was nice enough to give me 2 weeks to sell my house so that I could purchase the condo. I actually didn't need the 2 weeks, as everything happened in less than 1 week! Things just fell into place for me, so I guess it was meant to be!!! I have to say from this experience that one of the main reasons this all happened like this was that I chose an agent who knows what he is doing, and who is going to do what he can to meet the needs of his client. John's been doing this for over 30 years, so he's experienced about everything there is when it comes to real estate. I found John to be very professional, nice, and easy to work with. He's also got a good sense of humor too! I highly recommend that you call John for your real estate needs. He also helped my daughter about 10 years ago when she purchased her first home, and he again helped her and my son-in-law when they sold her house and bought a bigger home last summer.
