Ive never heard of a realtor like Jose!!! Jose was amazing!!! I needed a lot of support selling my home while I lived in another city. He helped me get very competitive quotes for carpet, painting, a/c and deck repairs and supervised all the jobs. He personally paid to have my home deep-cleaned and the yard landscaped prior to having excellent professional photos done , even using a drone for overhead shots. I had tons of showings immediately and got more than I expected for my home! I didnt even have to go to the closing. Jose was a dream come true realtor! All I had to do was sit back and get paid!!!
