We shopped in the OKI area 4 years ago with John and decided to purchase in another location. However, four years later we went right back to him when we decided OKI would be the right place for our family. He was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. He is also a no pressure realtor who allows you look at a broad range of homes (we probably looked at 15+) and doesn't try to sway you in any direction. He also remembers every comment you make about likes/dislikes and points those things out for you going forward. As out of town buyers we relied heavily on his videos and willingness to meet with local contractors to get us the answers we needed (ex. pool questions/guidelines). If we ever need to buy or sell in the future, we will absolutely work with John again. I also want to give a shout out to his wife and brother who were flexible to fill in for John, or adjust their schedules, to meet our availability. I know his wife took a few detours so he could respond to our request for videos. Our questions were responded to almost immediately and videos were always sent within 24 hours if not sooner. They are truly a team at The Dooley Group. If you need a realtor look no further and call John. He is the BEST!!

John kept the realtor for the house I'm buying informed every step of the way. He spent so much time juggling this and helping the faltering buyer get his act together, that the pending seller allowed me the time I needed. It was almost a month later. He listened intently to what I was saying and he gave me a lot of information regarding the area I wanted to look at. He blocked out several days to work with us as we were coming in from out town. He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, honest and very kind. We put an offer in on a home and we returned to our home. He told us he would be our eyes and ears during the purchase of our new home. He did exactly that and went far beyond any expectations we may have had. We were not here for the closing. John went and videotaped his walk through and sent it to us.
