Even amid these crazy times we were able to (finally!) land our next amazing home! We almost became hopeless and gave up after seeing countless houses and multiple offers turned down. It is indeed an unreal market and experience! Thanks to John Doering and his team who relentlessly persisted with us, helping us through all of our visits and working their magic + contract wizardry - we did it!! John Doering helped us sell outer existing house, and purchase a new house at the same time. John was able to get us close to a full price offer within days of putting our house on the market! Wow! The closing for that house was a breeze thanks to John! At the same time John helped us find a new house and negotiated with a very difficult seller.
