We also have lots of friends who are realtors but choose to not use them as we do not want to offend anyone nor do we want to put our friendship at risk should there be issues. We met John Doering on a random communication between my wife and John on Scottsdale Living. At first we didn't think much of it. Unlike many realtors, there was zero hard sell. In fact, he did not really ask us for our business. He brought a buyer to us before our house was ever listed. When that buyer paused, we decided to approach John and have him list our home. John truly knows the neighborhood (Sera Brisa) and has a presence that is not only professional, but easy going, enjoyable and void of any ego whatsoever. To us, this was the opposite of the many realtors we have come across over the years. In addition, John Is a true expert realtor who garners the respect of the realtors he works with during the transaction. John also has an incredible network of contacts. Seems whenever we asked John for his recommendation on something, he always had a name or two to help us out. Like John, the people in his network are equally as impressive. Buying and Selling a home can be incredibly stressful. But John has a way to calm nerves, keep everything In perspective and keep the ball moving forward. Working with John was one of the most enjoyable experiences we could have ever hoped for. Not only was it pretty much smooth sailing, we made new friends with John and his wife Kim. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, there is need to search for a realtor. Especially If you are In the DC Ranch area (although John sells all over the North Scottsdale area). There are simply not enough stars to give John as a rating.

Not only did he find me my dream home on the first try which is unbelievable, he also has made every single part of this seamless effortless and fun! That is a rare quality and you wont get that with other agents. We just closed last week and he has been helping me from A-to-Z and I could not be more grateful and feel more taken care of. Thank you so much for everything John! If any of you were considering even considering buying a house you have to call John. There is just nobody who compares.
