And then once we were done with the transaction, he stuck with us when we were in a bind and needed some help before we could rent out our property! With the decades of experience he has, John has a great network in the local area and recommended people (electricians, plumbers, painters) to make some changes to the property we bought, and even went to great lengths to help with co-ordination of work to be done at our request and not expecting anything in return. Thanks to John, we now have a home in the Denver-Boulder area that we desired and he made it such a great buying experience!
