During our initial talks, he identified a few key characteristics of properties that others tend to overlook, when it came time for open houses, he pointed us to an affordable and beautiful property with such characteristics and we quickly put down and won the offer. He helped walk us through the contingency inspections and navigate the web of legal minutia to make sure there were no unexpected surprises upon closing.
