About John Clark

Hello, I was raised in Mill Valley and have called Marin County home for over 50 years. Currently I reside in San Rafael with my wife & daughter and have been a full time realtor since 2015 and a real estate investor for over 20 years. My mission is to conduct business with the highest level of professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm. I bring commitment, warmth and a sense of humor to every relationship and transaction. When selling homes my priority is to get the highest possible price with the most favorable terms, and to have fun while doing it. When working with buyers my objective is to find a home that fits their specific needs without overpaying. My low pressure demeanor often takes the edge off things for my clients. My inspiration is to have every client thrilled with their unique selling/buying experience. So satisfied that they will be my client for life and will refer me to their friends and family. Marin is unique and varies distinctly from one town to the next. San Rafael alone has over 30 neighborhoods that all have their prominent nuances and individual character. I am prepared to discuss Marin neighborhoods in depth including their schools, weather patterns, commutes, hiking/biking trails, dog parks, festivals and other distinct features. When not engaged with clients you can find me on my mountain bike, at the gym, gardening or hiking/exploring (I am a descendant of William Clark from the Lewis & Clark expedition). My biggest adventures was backpacking around the world at age 18 for 8 months while working odd jobs along the way. A sizable portion of my commission is donated to various charities that protect our environment and open space. We recently sold our condo with John's help. We decided to list our property with him because he had sold multiple units in the area, and we are so glad we did. Even though, we are in a sellers market, Jhon did a lot of work off front to be well prepared for the showing. As result, we had multiple strong offers the first day. Selling our house was difficult because of the sentimental attachment, but John's easy going and nice personality made the process easier.
