Throughout the process of selecting a house and securing the mortgage, he was actively engaged in assisting me and making sure I got the house I wanted at a reasonable price. He also helped me secure the financing. Since I lived out of state, he literally took care of all the details, large and small. His office was over 50 miles away from the home I purchased, yet he still made numerous trips to the house to make sure that all the inspections, etc were being completed. Whatever I needed, he was always there to provide. If I were buying another home, I'd certainly go back to him and recommend anyone reading these comments do the same. John Chambers is absolutely the best!

John's knowledge, diligence, and positive attitude helped make a very stressful situation much easier. We had to move out of our house because it was undergoing remediation for Chinese drywall. We had only 31/2 weeks to find another home and move in. Initially we planned to rent, then we determined it would be more cost effective to buy another house then rent it after we moved back to our house. John worked diligently to help us find a suitable living situation in a very short time frame. Initially he found available rental options. After we determined that we wanted to buy, he quickly found numerous options. He had a good understanding of our "must have" requirements as well as those "extras" we were hoping to find. He made himself available at our convenience and on very short notice, and showed us many, many houses with a cheerful and optimistic attitude and frequent words of encouragement. He also understood the rental and resale markets, and explained to us what qualities would benefit us in those markets. This was important to us because we knew we would only be living in the house for 6 to 9 months. We found a house that was perfect for our situation and met every one of our "must have" requirements as well as many of the "extras" we sought. After we moved back to our main house, John helped up find rental tenants for the house. He found a wonderful Christian couple who we know will treat the house as if it is their own. John is not only a wonderful and knowledgable real estate agent who will understand your needs and desires and help you achieve them, but is also a personable, honest, ethical, Christian man who you will enjoy working with.
